Privacy Notice to Customers regarding the protection of personal data pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
in compliance with the provisions of art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, hereinafter "Regulation" or "GDPR"), we inform you that your personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the Regulation and the principles of correctness, based on the conditions of lawfulness established pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation, transparency and protection of confidentiality provided for by it.
This information concerns the personal data sent by the visitor user when completing the contact form on our website, made available in order to allow visitors to contact the owner of the site by sending us an email communication with their contact details and any preliminary notations or questions and the data that our system may automatically record while you visit the site.
When you fill out a contact form, the computer system could register the means and the site through which you accessed our site while the data that you will voluntarily give us through the contact form will be transformed into an e-mail that can be stored in the email system. Your data may also be recorded in a database on the server relating to the website.

The data provided to the Data Controller are not sensitive and therefore do not fall within the particular categories of personal data as listed in art. 9 of the Regulation, will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
The data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore, such personal data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of this contract is completed.
When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller can keep the personal data for longer until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep personal data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted.
By filling in the contact form with their data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes or any other nature indicated by the form header.
The personal data collected are: name and surname, telephone contact and e-mail address.
Personal data will be processed in a mainly automated form, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes.
Nature of providing users' personal data:
The provision of personal data is optional, but it is partly necessary (i.e. for those data whose boxes are marked with an asterisk) so that the Data Controller can satisfy the user's needs in terms of site functionality. Failure, partial or incorrect provision of personal data marked with an asterisk, as necessary for the execution of the requested service, does not make this execution possible; while the failure, partial or incorrect provision of optional unnecessary personal data does not entail any consequence.
Personal data provided directly by users by completing the online forms will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.
THE RIGHTS OF USERS RECOGNIZED BY ART. 7 OF THE CODE
Article 7 Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed in the territory of the Italian State, where applicable;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the Italian State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) above have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. "
The exercise of the above rights can be exercised directly or by conferring, in writing, delegation or proxy to individuals or associations. "
How to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 and to know the list of data processors
